A lot of work gone into this Paul.
Maybe it should be considered for a special place on front page so that it does not eventually get lost in other threads.

And also make it so that the list can only be added too by a moderator who has received recommendation for inclusion from others.

I say that Paul should be next in line for a Moderators position.
