This reminds me? I sent a message to support (QQ) about the password problem? last week (won't let me sign in) and didn't get an answer back.
I'm having the same problem, I can't even contact them because their site is in Chinese, I've tried deleting it from my computer and signing in as a new member but it recognises my computer and comes up with the same stupid security question every time.........any idea's ?:@
I haven't done anything yet, I was going to delete it and re register but I know I will have to change a few things (like email addr) etc. I did get a email from them? Don't know what to think of it? "My complaint did not make it through, retry inputting complaint" ?? :huh: Another brainless company. If it didn't make it then how did they get it?
Maybe try setting up another new login?
Reg, it won't let you sign on. It says the password in incorrect. Mine is correct, I have a system for passwords and write down when I use one for each site.
Don, Yes, what I did was put google translator on the toolbar on my Firefox. I am 95% on Safari and Firefox is like a backup when a site doesn't like Safari. That's how I sent the complaint in. I translated the page.
