Have no fear about that, The Chinese law and there courts, don't ''Mess Around'', ...and in cases such as this, they'll be normally dealt with very quickly too....

Chen Yan didnt mean it to be a sad story as the story is actually  two fold

yes it is sad what happened and tragic but i think she was trying to say
that how wonderful it is to be loved by someone like that young man
loved his girlfriend. he had met his soulmate and he wanted to complete
their journey
