Out of curiosity, can you provide us with the name of the guy you used here? I think we should have a list of who works and who doesn't. Might help things along for those who follow. :) Thanks.

I just received an email about this visa china company. They were highly recommended. I will find out more later tonight. They are certainly cheaper than a US attorney.

Try Holmes and Lolly out of La Jolla CA.I used them they did a good job for me and my wife.5 years ago they charged me 1800.They helped with the paperwork and told me what to expect at the interview.Then after my wife recieved her visa.They helped me adjust her status.
