Philip thanks, and everyone else too, for all the replies.  We own a house in Shaoguan, Guangdong.  There has been a lot of back and forth between my wife and myself.  She tells me she wants me to retire there and I want to be the good husband and at least consider it however as much as I like China it isn't my number 1 choice.  At 70 years of age I am beginning to see that retirement might be in the near future, however an more completely ready for it.  Almost a year ago we purchased a house in South Carolina after living in Georgia 30+ years.

Yesterday the shocker dropped.  My wife thinks she might not be able to live in China because of the freedom and opportunity here.  I'm not sure where we are headed.
