http://chinese-resources.info/ seems to be continuously updated and I'm not able to find the link since it is no longer on the top.
Also I found these sites, might be useful for some:

The Chinese grammar site of the Rutgers Uni: http://www.rci.rutgers.edu/~rsimmon/chingram/
Also many people recommend Pimsleur that is not a web resource but audio learning pack.
