For one that lives in China that does not happen to me. ;D

My rule that has survived over 5 years of marriage and that is NO HEAD, NO FEET!

Mind you I have bought a oven ready chicken for roasting for tomorrows dinner. Oven ready, no feet, BUT with the head still attached. That will be gone before it goes in the oven. ;)

I say chicken but it looks like a three month old with the chest of a pigeon but it will be my first roast. :)

Well, I guess I can just be thankful that the chicken had been de-clawed! :-\

Nope, never had that served up.  Xia doesn't make that sort of Chinese more like noodle soups, rice and stirfrys  and such.  She likes western food too much and would rather have a good steak than chicken feet any day.  But if we go out for yum cha I will order a plate of em just to remember what I am missing..............not much!

Qing actually loves Chicken Feet, but.... a big but! She will order it only at a Dim Sum Restaurant for herself only, I only go as far as looking/watching her eat them. At home, she likes western foods better. They use up much less dishes to prepare like chinese food, which has sooo much chopping involved and never less than two Wok's going at the same time. Away from that, she's still my little  :PChina Girl ;) I've married.
