Figures have just been released today for the first time from the Immigration Dept (UK Border Agency)
There are now 276,4600 persons in the UK who have been declared for deportation but have not been sent anyway!!!!
These include 150,000 whose application as asylum seekers failed!!!
Plus 4000 Foreign Prisoners have not be deported on release from prison.
What do they do? Cause problems for those who want to bring their wife into the UK. ::)

Well, its been a while since I visited old blighty, and as you say things have changed.
But the skill and organisation that went into the recent olympics were an
outstanding credit to the UK. Even if your UK 5000/10000 M champion was actually
born in Somalia :-)

So tell me where was half of the American team born? As for Phelps I do not think he is of this world - he is superhuman. Lucky for USA that swimming allows one person to go in so many swimming events. :'(
Without swimming UK would have been second to China in the medal list. ::)
Ah well Olympics is over so its back to annoying a Scot an occasional Aussie but mostly the Americans. 8)
