But its really cool to see this small community is still running and i can spot some of the old timers are still here providing their do's and dont's
For those of you who remember me, well most of you would be old time members. I just thought i'd drop by and say hello and give a status update.
So i stayed in China for about 3.5 years, met my beautiful wife, got married. Worked for a subsidiary of Apple in China and pretty much liked my life over there despite the terrible air in Beijing.
Then my wife, who used to be an illustrator and artist decided she wanted to start doing tattoo out of the blue.
She did, became somewhat famous in Beijing and all of a sudden she was making a lot more money then i was. But she wanted to work in Europe, so we relocated to Norway where she now works as a tattoo artist and im still in the IT security business.
To make a long story slightly shorter ;) We are still doing great, currently lives in Norway and enjoys life. I very often miss China though, always hard to put the finger on what is so special about China. I guess its the whole concept. Once you get "married" to it, its going to stay with you forever.
Enclosed some pics from our wedding shoots.
Sincerely
Mikael

...well Mikael, I as an "Old Timer" must say... those are beautiful Photo's (a little large) and your LaoPo is a big reason they are. Guess, she could Tattoo on your forehead.."Winner"... because I know you must feel that way!
Thanks for the update, you are a part this Forum as long as you want to be and we appreciate that you come here ones in a while. Question? Can you handle the "Fresh&Clean" air of Norway? ;D
-
Thanks guys :P
Well the originals were almost 200% larger and are like 10-15mb each, i just made a quick resize and compression to get past the upload limit.
Yeah its pretty hard to cope with the fresh air in Norway. I kinda miss that morning smell of Beijing

How is she handling Norway's winters as I think eventhough Beijing can get cold, Norway gets way more snow?
