Been trying to figure out how to set a profile picture on here but with no luck, how do I add one?

User profile and add from avatar option.

my page says "user cp" in the top left...

User CP = User Control Panel

User Control Panel > Your Profile > Change Avatar > upload the pic (make sure it's not a large file and .JPG is best)
