No.19 stipulation:
"A house bought by parents and registered under their child"s name remains the personal property of the child even after the child gets married, according to a judicial explanation issued by China's Supreme People's Court。"

" The party who pay the advance payment of property will have the ownership of the property , when get divorce, the owner have to make up for the other party who pay the loan together according to the proportion they pay for "

"Wife has the right to do abortion legally,it doesn't violate husand's right of birth  .

what 's the difference of your country? And what do you guys think of the new marriage law?

Approve: Fights marriages by fraud, encourages independence

OR
Oppose:“Favors” men, protects the more powerful party

The (marriage/home ownership) laws here in America are far more complex and are various from state to state. Most have adopted the same laws in which if you own a home (and any other property, materials) and then marry? The preowned property (home) is yours. The exception is if the home is refinanced by the married couple or if the owner dies (unless a Will states differently) becomes the partners.

If the home is owned by both partners and divorce? One must buy the other out (pay half the worth) to the other and a refinance of the mortgage to have the name taken off the title.

The word "Adoption" is different to us. In what you stated it's called "Custody", Adoption (to us) is when a non-birth parent takes custody of the child. Both parents have to have an agreement (court filed) of giving up custody (parental rights) of the child or children so they can be Adopted.
