Thanks for the info Arnold. I see then its just a 'minority' sport that the USA does not play internationally. It is lucky the Brits invented Golf which the USA do support as a Country once every couple of years and also Football (never soccer) which gives the USA citizens another chance to support every four years as a country in the run up to the World Cup finals.
